More Teens Busted on Alcohol, Drug Charges: Log

Police also arrest homeless man for ID fraud and Concord man arrested for reckless operation, reckless conduct, and negligent driving.

CONCORD, NH – The following people were arrested on June 21, and June 22, 2016, in the city:

Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on June 21, 2016, and charged with identity fraud, two theft by deception charges, and theft by authorized taking, all felonies, as well as receiving stolen property. The theft charge was elevated to a felony due to two prior convictions. The charges stem from incidents at the Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road and the Mobil Xtramart on Whitney Road.

Jonathan P. Vertigans, 32, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on June 21, 2016, for theft of lost or mislaid property. He was arrested on South State Street.

Michael R. Fraser, 43, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. at June 21, 2016, for the passing of items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle on a road. He was charged while at the Fort Eddy Plaza on Fort Eddy Road.

Tyler J. Ardinger, 22, of First Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on June 21, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He was arrested at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Kevin A. Dodge, 30, of Pearl Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. on June 21, 2016, for suspended registration, driving after revocation of suspension, and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested after a traffic stop at the Shell gas station on Gully Hill/Loudon Road.

Kyle M. Kniffin, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on June 21, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested on the Manchester Street Bridge.

Elaina R. Jordan, 30, of River Road in Plymouth, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. on June 22, 2016, on a warrant (traffic, town bylaw offenses). She was arrested at the Ralph Pill Marketplace on Bridge Street.

Jeffrey S. Labrecque, 29, of Pine Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on June 22, 2016, for avoiding a traffic control device, negligent driving, disobeying an officer, reckless operation, and reckless conduct; place another in danger. He was arrested on Pleasant Street, in the area of the state hospital grounds.

Caylin D. Cook, 19, of Rumford Street in Concord; Kaedance D. Ringwald, 19, of Lyndon Street in Concord; Kaitlin M. MacGown, 19, of Flintlock Road in Salem, were arrested at 7 p.m. on June 22, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs and unlawful possession of alcohol. MacGown was arrested on two counts of unlawful possession.
