This supportive and motivating 10 week program is designed to prepare you - no matter what your fitness level- to run or walk a 5K.
During this program, you will learn running techniques, importance and methods of hydration and nutrition, stretching routines and their importance, footwear selection and a "Couch to 5K" training guide.
