Woman From Lowell Arrested On Driving Under The Influence Charge Again: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Douglas Raymond Glidden, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2026, on two sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charges. According to the state of New Hampshire, he is a sex offender due to a sexual assault conviction in Hills North in May 2016.

Erica Marie Figueroa, born in 1989, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:46 a.m. on Oct. 24 on driving under the influence, DUI-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension, and transportation of alcohol/open container charges, as well as a lane control violation after an investigation or incident on Fisherville Road.

Ariel C. Farley, born in 1992, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an investigation or incident at the CVS at 4 Hall St. About 45 minutes later, she was charged with having a bench warrant at police headquarters.

Jennifer Anne Sharrock, born in 1971, of Concord, received a summons at 2:23 p.m. on Oct. 20 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Mark E. Kibbee, born in 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 19 on a simple assault charge after an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Leeanne Marie Sanders, born in 1986, of Concord, received a summons at 10:17 a.m. on Oct. 17 on a camping restricted violation after an investigation or incident on Wyman Street.

Damien Manuel Nieves, born in 2008, of Concord, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on Sept. 30 on felony riot, simple assault, and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Rolfe Park in Penacook.

Bryanna Caitlin Locke, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on Sept. 30 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an investigation or incident on Canton Circle.

James B. Fidler Jr., born in 1990, of Concord, received a summons at 12:48 p.m. on Sept. 30 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on Unitil’s property on Fort Eddy Road.

Eric Stephen Forsing, born in 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on Sept. 30 on an indecent exposure/gross lewdness charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Boanza Drive.

Eddie T. Hemingway, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. on Sept. 30 on a sex offender registration; fail to comply/knowing-subsequent charge.

Ashley-Ann Elaine Mullen-Sherrard, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on Sept. 29 on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an investigation or incident at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.
