Teen Strength and Sports Conditioning! 

(Ages 13-18) Join us for a class to stay in shape this fall.

This program will consist of challenging weight training programs while learning proper techniques to enhance sports performance and general fitness. Teens will learn healthy nutritional tips, a variety of fun drills and games to improve fitness. Class is led by a nationally certified personal trainer. Tuesdays: 3:00 - 4:00 PM

$35 Members
