Donald Scott Fraize Jr., a felon with a long criminal history who was wanted on warrants and a robbery charge, is in the Essex County Jail.

CONCORD, NH — Wednesday's New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week has been located after family of the fugitive saw the task force alert and informed U.S. Marshals that the suspect was in jail in Massachusetts.
Donald Scott Fraize Jr., 32, was wanted on outstanding warrants out of Rockingham County Superior Court for failure to appear on drug and assault charges as well as a Manchester police warrant on a robbery charge from February.
