Fugitive Burglar, With ‘Violent Tendencies,’ Could Be In Concord, Manchester, Or Nashua
Corrections: Robert Daniel O'Neill absconded from parole for a 3rd time; he has a tattoo of a sheriff's badge with bullet holes, $100 bills.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for help finding a burglar and felon with several prior crimes accused of a parole violation.
Robert Daniel O’Neill is 30, Black, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and weighs 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. O’Neill, according to investigators, has a couple of tattoos, including $100 bills and a sheriff’s badge with bullet holes on his right arm and the words “F--- the Police” on his right wrist. He has no known aliases. The warrant against him was issued on Nov. 4.
In February 2018, O’Neill was sentenced to three-and-a-half to seven years in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on burglary and falsifying physical evidence charges. He was paroled twice but absconded and was sent back to prison both times. O’Neill was released again on parole in February but was accused of failing to report to his parole officer in June.

“His current whereabouts are unknown,” investigators said. “O’Neill has a lengthy criminal record that includes prior charges of burglary, simple assault, receiving stolen property, theft, bail jumping, contempt, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of drugs (fentanyl and methamphetamine).”
O’Neill has ties to Concord, Manchester, and Nashua and could be hiding out in any of those three communities.
