“Luther is wanted for violating conditions of his federal supervised release,” he said. “Luther is on supervised release due to a 2020 conviction and sentence in U.S. District Court for the possession with intent to distribute fentanyl. Mr. Luther was last known to be homeless, living in and around the Manchester, NH, area.”
Luther, who is originally from Massachusetts, has a very extensive criminal history “with violent tendencies and mental health concerns,” White said. Due to his prior history, marshals have issued a “violent tendencies” warning on Luther.
According to superior court records, Luther is a felon due to a felony theft conviction out of Nashua from February 2015. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. About five years after that, he was found guilty of violation of probation or parole. In October 2015, he pleaded guilty to a felony drug possession charge, and two felony forgery charges out of Manchester from three months before.
Fast forward to September 2018. Luther was arrested on a drug possession charge in Nashua, and felony theft and theft by deception charges out of Hudson and pleaded guilty to the charges. In March 2019, he was arrested on drug sale, drug possession, and resisting charges in Nashua and pleaded guilty to one of the drug charges later. Two months after that, more drug charges and another guilty plea out of Nashua. Also, in May 2019, he was accused of felony burglary and theft in Concord and pleaded guilty to the burglary charge.
Luther was arrested again in September 2021 on a drug possession charge out of Manchester. He failed to appear at arraignment but later. Luther was scheduled to appear at plea and sentencing hearings on June 24 and July 13, according to superior court records.
According to posts on Patch, he has also been arrested for disobeying an officer and possession of a license required in Concord, theft in Bedford, and a theft warrant out of Milford.
