Accused Stalkers, Sex Offenders, Others Indicted: Court Roundup
New Jersey indicted on forgery, ID fraud charges; Mass. residents indicted on theft, drug charges; Nashua woman indicted on theft charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Terrence Halter, 33, pictured lower left, of Wilder Street in Nashua, on a felony stalking charge. He is accused of targeting an intimate partner and placing her in fear by placing a location tracking device in her vehicle between July 25, and July 28, in Nashua. Halter was previously convicted of stalking in September 2016.
Samantha Iodice, 21, lower center, homeless, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on June 5, in Nashua.

Philip Joseph, 27, right center, of Cheney Place in Manchester, on operating after certification as a habitual offender and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges, both felonies, on June 15, on Maple Street in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in August 2012.
James Labombard, 44, upper right, of Paxton Terrace in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on July 1, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Nashua District Court in 2016.

Valmore Laplante, 40, left center, of Cheney Drive in Hudson, on two felony duty to inform charges. He's accused of failing to register with Nashua police on June 13, and July 8.
Shiara Lara, 21, of Leighton Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal liability for conduct of another-theft by unauthorized taking charge. She is accused of acting in concert with Martha Sosa to obtain merchandise from the Kate Spade store at the Merrimack Premium Outlets on March 20.
Jessica Leach, 34, of Ross Farm Lane in Clayton, North Carolina, on issuing bad checks and theft of services charges, both felonies. She is accused of issuing a $6,200 check to a tree service from an account without sufficient funds in Merrimack.
Ryan Luther, 27, of County Farm Road in Dover, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge from March 13, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug act; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court in October 2015.
Jolene Malonson, 35, upper middle, of Gardner Road in Winchendon, MA, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-oxycodone, buprenorphine charges on April 23, in Hollis.
Andrew Mason, 54, upper left, unknown address in New Jersey, on identity fraud, forgery, and attempted theft by deception charges, all felonies. He's accused of using a fake Connecticut driver's license to obtain an iPhone 10S Max from the Verizon Wireless store on Amherst Street in Nashua on June 16.
Sage Matthews, 23, of B Street in Hudson, on two felony forgery charges on Feb. 9, in Hudson. She is accused of uttering two checks for $400 payable to herself from another person who never actually wrote the check.
William Mejia-Delisle, 26, lower right, of Spruce Street in Manchester, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges on April 23, from Macy's in Nashua.
Sherrie Michalewicz, 61, of Ledge Street in Nashua, on two theft by unauthorized taking charges. She is accused of stealing more than $3,400 between May 25, and June 29, 2015, from the Nashua Elks Lodge.
Joseph Murphy, 21, of Wilson Street in Manchester, for felony criminal threatening charge on June 23, in Litchfield. He's accused of picking up a pole with a metal hook on the end and challenging another person to a fight.
