First Unofficial Weekend Of Fall Brings Chilly Weather To NH

CONCORD, NH — Saturday marks the beginning first unofficial weekend of fall, and the temperatures have gotten the memo. A cooler, Autumn-like day is in the forecast, with temperatures not expected to crack 70 degrees across much of the state.

Friday night marked the lowest temperatures seen in the region so far this season, dipping into the low-to-mid 30s some areas and prompting a frost advisory across the northern half of the state, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures will warm up throughout the afternoon topping out in the high 60s to 70 degrees, with slightly cooler temperatures further north.

Cooler temperatures will prevail on Sunday, as well, with slightly higher temperatures expected on Sunday afternoon.
