CONCORD, NH — Valerie E. Fredette, born in 1984, of Andover, was arrested at 8:53 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2026, on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Enock Shyaka, born in 2008, of Concord, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on Aug. 5 on resisting arrest or detention and breach of bail charges, as well as a pedestrian on roadway violation, after an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Dennis A. Ash, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 4 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an investigation or incident at 344 Loudon Road.

Raymond Edward Cole Jr., born in 2007, of Concord, received a summons at 9:21 p.m. on Aug. 1 on an operating without a valid license charge after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Kristopher S. Dooley, born in 1998, of Lisbon, received a summons on a bench warrant at 9:47 p.m. on July 31 after an investigation or incident on the westbound side of Gully Hill Road.
