Franklin Police Looking For Homeless Woman With Ties To Concord

FRANKLIN, NH — The Franklin Police Department is searching for Kendra Chamberland who is wanted on a capias warrant. The warrant, according to a post on Facebook, was issued out of Merrimack County Superior Court. Chamberland is known to previously live in Concord and Manchester, according to police reports on Patch.

In 2016, she was arrested for disorderly conduct and outstanding warrants out of Merrimack County Superior Court. She was arrested on for felony attempted to commit and theft in December 2015, after alleged incidents in May of that year. She was charged after being released from the Valley Street Jail. Chamberland was arrested in 2013, on possession of controlled drugs and bench warrants for nonpayment of fines on theft charges. She was also arrested on theft, violation of protective order, warrants, and breach of bail charges in 2012. In 2011, she was arrested on an assault charge.
