San Francisco Woman Allegedly Breaks Into Relative's House: Log

Concord Police: Homeless man to female cop: "I have a gun. Can you disarm me?" NY man steals baby formula; high beams stop leads to pot.

CONCORD, NH - Stephen C. I. Gerrard, 64, of Poverty Plains Road in Warner, was arrested at 1:11 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2016, for reckless conduct and reckless operation. The charges stem from an alleged incident at 5:40 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2015, on Horse Hill Road. Gerrard was arrested by Hopkinton Police and is due in court on Feb. 22.

Colby Nugent, 23, of Karen Road in Dunbarton, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Jan. 4, 2016, on a receiving stolen property charge. Police were sent to Uno’s Car Wash on Loudon Road for a report of a two-vehicle accident. One of the drivers – Nugent – had an active warrant and was arrested. The offense reportedly took place at Ready Link on Loudon Road. Nugent is due in court on Feb. 8.

Lovety Weah, 23, of Merrimack Street in Concord, received a summons at 2 a.m. on Dec. 27, 2015, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Fisherville Road for a defective passenger side headlight on a Hyundai Accent. Weah reportedly didn’t have a license and a received a summons. She’s due in court on Feb. 1.

Heather L. MacDaid, 38, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2015, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to Fisherville Road for a report of an assault. Police spoke to the parties involved and found out the argument appeared to be about a guardianship and a cellphone that was on MacDaid’s cell plan. The officers took a statement from MacDaid and then met with a man on North Main Street who was recording the incident on his phone and alleged that she allegedly tried to take the phone from him. “He stated that Heather elbowed (the victim) in the face to get the phone,” according to the report, “(and) that he grabbed onto Heather’s arms from behind to stop her from hitting (the victim) again.” The officers spoke to other witnesses and then, spoke to MacDaid again, and she allegedly denied touching or elbowing the victim.

Jose Reyes, 23, of 42nd Street in Astoria, NY, was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2015, on a willful concealment charge at Rite Aid on North State Street. The store manager alleged that Reyes attempted to peel off the security strip from two cans of Enfamil baby formula and then, left the store without paying for them. The two cans were valued at $34.98. He was arraigned on Jan. 11.

Kendra L. Chamberland, 22, of Downing Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2015, for felony attempted to commit and theft. The charges stem from incidents on May 6, and May 7, 2015, at the intersection of Washington and White streets. Chamberland was charged after being released from the Valley Street Jail in Manchester. She was arraigned on Jan. 11.

Peter R. Desfosses, 29, of Central Avenue in Dover, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. on Nov. 21, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for driving with high beams on. Desfosses allegedly admitted to having wine earlier in the evening and agreed to a field sobriety test, which he passed. However, while doing the test, another officer thought he smelled marijuana coming from the Hyundai Veloster. Desfosses allegedly admitted to having a marijuana smoking device as well as a vial of marijuana and was arrested.

Walter I. Healey, 61, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2015, for resisting arrest or detention after being sent to an apartment on Thorndike Street for a report of two men arguing. Healey allegedly was intoxicated, was asked to leave, stood up, and stumbled over to a female officer. “Are you a man or a woman?,” he allegedly asked the female officer. She stated she was a woman and he allegedly stated, “I have a gun. Can you disarm me?” Healey allegedly reached behind his back and officers, fearing he might have a weapon, took him to the ground and cuffed him. He allegedly dragged his feet and wouldn’t walk and wouldn’t cooperate at police headquarters so he was taken to the Merrimack County House of Corrections.

Jane M. Alexander, 40, of Balboa Street in San Francisco, CA, was arrested at 7:35 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2015, for criminal trespass. Police were sent to North State Street for a report of a possible break-in. The caller alleged that Alexander, a relative, had broken into her basement and was now in the house. Dispatch reported that there had been a number of threatening calls, allegedly by Alexander, to the home. When they arrived, officers found Alexander sitting on the back steps. She allegedly stated that she was concerned for her family member’s welfare and wanted to speak to her about her father’s estate. Another officer spoke to the woman in the home who stated that she was sleeping when she heard a voice yelling out her name. She went downstairs and Alexander was allegedly standing in her living room so she called 911 and Alexander left. Alexander was arrested and arraigned on Nov. 30.

Roger A. Lamire, 61, of Park Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2015, for speeding and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop for speeding – 50-51 mph in a 35 zone – on Carter Hill Road. The vehicle was stopped on River Road. The officer learned that his license was suspended for DWI out of Franklin District Court in January 2004.
