Fugitive Task Force Seeks Info On Drug Possession Suspect: Report
Samantha Marie Smith is wanted for failure to appear on possession and delivery of articles prohibited charges-cocaine. Have you seen her?
CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is a woman wanted on two changes since October 2018, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Samantha Marie Smith is 31, about 5-feet, 4-inches tall, and weighs around 140 lbs. She has blue eyes, brown hair, and a noticeable discoloration on her neck.
Two warrants were issued for her arrest out of Rockingham County on Oct. 22, 2018, for failure to appear, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.
"Smith is wanted for failing to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court on charges of possession of controlled drug (cocaine) and delivery of prohibited articles (cocaine)," he noted. "Smith was last known to be living in Rochester."

According to report on Patch, Smith was arrested by Rockingham County Sheriffs in January 2018, on a failure to appear charge. She was also arrested by the Rochester Police Department the same month on a capias warrant for possession of drugs, according to Fosters.com.
