Man Fails To Appear At First-Degree Assault Charge: Sheriffs

Derry residents picked up for theft, Rochester, Londonderry residents face drug charges, Pembroke man faces marital non-support charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — Theresa Cunningham, 56, of Evelyn Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2018, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Samantha M. Smith, 31, of Sandy Pond Drive in Rochester, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on an original charge of cocaine possession.

Gregory D. Levesque Jr., 29, pictured, of Scenic Place in Salem, MA, was arrested at Jan. 26, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the prob. hearing on an original charge of first-degree assault.

Jessica C. Evans, 33, of South Stark Highway in Weare, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Jake G. Todisco, 25, of Fairway Drive in Derry, was arrested on Jan. 23, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the probation hearing of an original charge of theft.

Rebekah Foster, 37, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, was arrested on Jan. 22, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of theft.

Felix A.
