Little, according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White, was on parole due to his original conviction and sentence for criminal threatening and intimidation. Additionally, during a recent encounter with New Hampshire parole officers, he is alleged to have assaulted a parole officer prior to fleeing, which is why marshals warned that he was a fugitive with “violent tendencies.”
After the Fugitive of the Week information was released on Wednesday, tips began coming in that he might be in Maine. Marshals, as well as the Maine State Police and a K-9 Unit, searched a residential area on West Main Street and Little was located and arrested without incident.

Little was charged with being a fugitive from justice and was transported to the Oxford County Jail by the Maine State Police. He will be arraigned and then transported to New Hampshire.
According to White, task force officers from the Belknap, Strafford, Rockingham and Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Offices, deputy U.S. Marshals, and Maine State Police, all assisted with the hunt and capture.
