Hit-and-Run Report on I-93 Leads to Warrant Arrest

Kenton Juliano was arrested in Salem on a domestic violence warrant out of Franklin District Court after filing a complaint with police.

SALEM, NH — A Concord man was arrested recently on a warrant after reporting a hit-and-run complaint to police. Kenton J. Juliano, 35, of Summer Street in Penacook, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2016, on a bench warrant.

Juliano reportedly came to police to file a complaint about a hit-and-run incident on I-93, according to police. However, he had an active warrant out of Franklin District Court for Domestic Violence Simple Assaultand was arrested. Juliano was arrested on $150 cash bail.

Back in July, Juliano was arrested in Penacook on simple assault, threatening, and other charges after reportedly “going berserk,” yelling and banging things around, and allegedly threatening to kill two other people. In April 2015, he was arrested on two counts of reckless conduct, after reportedly slamming on his car brakes and causing a woman's face to slam into the vehicle's dashboard which led to a cut lip. Juliano was previously arrested on arson charges in Laconia after reportedly setting a car on fire in a jealous rage, according to the Laconia Daily Sun.
