Homeless Man Arrested on Threat Charges: Log

Police: Webster, Concord residents all arrested on warrants and a homeless teen is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

CONCORD, NH — Jean L. Beaulieu, 45, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:47 a.m. on July 15, 2016, on two counts of criminal threatening and default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident in apartment on Warren Street.

Ratchanee Winsor, 59, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on July 15, 2016, for false inspection sticker after an alleged incident on South State Street.

Kanoba L. Bradner, 36, of Pearl Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on July 15, 2016, on a bench warrant.

Lacey Fay Lane, 24, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on July 15, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at Sanel Field on Old Suncook Road.

Randolph L. Dio, 25, of Depot Street in Belmont, received a summons at 8:38 p.m. on July 15, 2016, for operating without a valid license and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop outside of Aranco Oil on North State Street.

Kevin Fowler, 48, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. on July 15, 2016, on a warrant. Also arrested on a warrant was Angie Lee Fowler, 50, of North Main Street in Concord. They were arrested at the Speedway on North Main Street.

Kimberly Preston, 18, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on July 15, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol. She was arrested at Speedway on Hall Street.

Richard A. Gutman, 59, of Concord Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on July 15, 2016, for conduct after an accident and unlawful or unsafe backing of a vehicle after an alleged incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.
