Danbury Man Arrested on Warrant for Drugs After Overdose: Log
Police: Concord man arrested for allegedly choking girlfriend and a Weare man was summoned he was clocked driving at 62 mph on Loudon Road.

CONCORD, NH - Johanna M. Olsen, 27, of Lincoln Street in Manchester, was arrested at 8:49 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2016, for theft after an alleged incident at CVS on Hall Street on Jan. 11, 2016. She was arrested by the Bedford Police Department. Olsen is due in court on March 14.

Keith Nieman, 19, of Pine Hill Road in Weare, received a summons at 7:14 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2015, for reckless operation after an officer clocked two vehicles reportedly accelerating quickly down Gully Hill on Loudon Road. “My radar (Car 3) gave a clear distinct high pitch tone and a digital readout of 62 mph,” the officer alleged. Nieman was pulled over and allegedly “adamant he had not been racing the other vehicle,” and was given a summons.

Corey A. Cole, 24, pictured, of Drake Hill Road in Danbury, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2015, for felony possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident on Nov. 19, 2015, reportedly involving an overdose at the intersection of Kozy Terrace and High Ridge Trail. He was arrested by New Hampshire State Police on the warrant. Cole is due in court on Feb. 8.
Anthony J. Weeks, 39, of New Castle Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2015, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, speed, and failure to display headlights, and drivers license prohibitions after traffic stop on Dunklee Street for having a headlight out and being clocked going 40 mph in a 30 zone, according to an arrest report. Weeks, however, reportedly denied driving 40 saying his cruise control was set for 32, according to the officer. Weeks and the officer reportedly went back and forth about the cruise control, whether he was driving up a hill or down a hill, and/or using his brakes, according to the report. A check yielded a license and registration suspension on Dec. 10, 2015, and he was arrested. He was arraigned on Feb. 1.

Amanda Dodd, 28, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2015, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Also arrested was Lacey Fay Lane, 24, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, for criminal liability for the conduct of another. Officers were sent to the Market Basket on Storrs Street for a report of two women allegedly involved in a theft incident involving $50.44 worth of groceries put in two reusable bags but not paid for. The officer looked at the video and then arrested both Dodd and Lane. At headquarters, the officer learned that Dodd was convicted of shoplifting in Nashua District Court in June 2010 and theft in April 2014 in Hillsborough District Court, so the charge was elevated to a felony. They were arraigned on Feb. 1.
Brandy A. Hager, 36, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. Dec. 23, 2015, for possession of controlled drugs (marijuana). Police were sent to The Friendly Kitchen for a woman who wouldn’t leave the bathroom. The officer went into the bathroom and found that one of the stalls was locked from the inside. “I was unable to see the female; however, I heard a noise consistent with snoring emanating from the bathroom stall,” the officer alleged. “I was able to see over the bathroom stall and saw a female laying on the ground, with her head on the toilet bowl, and her hand within the toilet.” The officer tried to wake the woman “multiple times” but “she was unresponsive,” according to the report. Concord Fire and Rescue teams were called in and the officer allegedly found a plastic baggie containing marijuana, cooked spoon, and syringe. Hager was arrested and arraigned on Feb. 1.
Gina M. LeBlanc, 41, of Clarke Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2015, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court issued on Dec. 1, 2015. She was arraigned on Jan. 29.
Jason M. Southwick, 41, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2015, for conduct after an accident and unsafe lane change after an incident at North State and Bouton streets on Nov. 24, 2015. He was arraigned on Jan. 25.
Lucien R. Vincent, 42, of Rollins Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2015, for two counts of simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to Rollins Street for an altercation between a man and woman. The officers spoke to the woman, who had scratch marks on the left side of her neck and blood on her ear, but reportedly didn’t want to press charges. She alleged that Vincent grabbed her neck, pushed her down on a bed, and grabbed her throat until it felt like she was going to pass out. After speaking with Vincent, he was arrested.
Sandra L. Kimball, 52, of South Main Street in Conventry, RI, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2015, and charged with possession of controlled drugs (marijuana) and a bench warrant after police were sent to the emergency room at Concord Hospital for a person with an active warrant out of Rochester District Court from June 2000 for nonpayment of fines, $550 cash to settle, on an intoxication/influence of drugs; penalties.
Joeline J. Horton, 28, of North Emperor Drive in Concord, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2015, for criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions from alleged incidents on Fayette Street on Nov. 17, 2015. She was given a court date of Dec. 28, 2015.
