Homeless Man Arrested Twice in 4 Hours: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — William W. Farr, year of birth 1989, of Washington Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on March 16, 2017, for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on Village Street near Penacook Pharmacy.

Ethan J. Lea, YOB 1990, of Longmeadow Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on March 16, 2017, for driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs. He was arrested on North Main Street near Cumberland Farms.

Frank J Barry, YOB 1962, of Eastman Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on March 16, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

James M. McCarron, YOB 1970, of Lower Collins in Seabrook, was arrested at 5 p.m. on March 16, 2017, for theft of services. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Taylor Rental on South Main Street.

Rebecca Ames, YOB 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 6:56 p.m. on March 16, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Cabernet Drive.

Cody J. Camirand, YOB 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on March 16, 2017, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident on Loudon Road near Uno’s Car Wash. About three hours later, at 10:20 p.m., he was arrested again for reckless conduct-place another in danger and default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident at the Sunoco gas station on Manchester Street.

Amanda A. Dulac, YOB 1978, of Riverhill Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on March 17, 2017, on a bench warrant.

Jay D. Fitzgerald, YOB 1970, of Roland Street in Cumberland, Rhode Island, was arrested at 3:53 a.m. on March 17, 2017, for driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested on North State Street near the Santander Bank location.
