Homeless Men Arrested on Weapon Charges: Concord Police Log

Plus, a Concord man was arrested on forgery and theft charges while local men were also charged with domestic violence and vandalism.

CONCORD, NH — Bradford N. R. Ross, year of birth 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 7:09 p.m. on May 10, 2017, on a carry/sell weapons (switchblade, etc.) charge. Also arrested was Charles C. Wilbur, YOB 1987, of Concord, for felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and Angela B. St. Cyr, of Concord, for default or breach of bail conditions. All three were arrested in Merrill Park on Eastman Street.

Frank E. Bolio, YOB 1947, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on May 11, 2017, on two counts of forgery, two counts of theft by deception, and two counts of receiving stolen property. The charges stem from an alleged incident at TD Bank on North Main Street.

Scot H. Richardson, YOB 1965, of Monroe Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on May 11, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested on Monroe Street.

Nathaniel S. Doyle, YOB 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. on May 11, 2017, for criminal mischief (vandalism), two counts of simple assault, and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an area east of Fisherville Road.

Tyler J. Osgood, YOB 1988, of Jackson Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on May 11, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, criminal mischief-vandalism, and a bench warrant after an alleged incident in the North End in the area of Washington Street.
