Screaming Tenant Arrested for Disorderly Conduct: Concord Cop Log
Man allegedly Skypes in violation of a restraining order; man with pot pipe in his mouth reportedly lights up, drives by cop, gets arrested.

Jamie L. Flanders, 42, of Kaime Road in Chichester, received a summons at 10:38 a.m. on Sept. 29, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Fort Eddy Road. Flanders was driving a van about 30 minutes before at Concord Hospital and a caller thought the driver was acting suspiciously, covering his face in his hands. Flanders reportedly stated that he was at Concord Hospital earlier. The officer checked his license and found that it had expired in January. Flanders “was unaware” of the expiration and was given a summons for Nov. 9.
Kalpana Darjee, 20, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Sept. 22, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop near the Everett Arena. According to a check, her license and registration was suspended on Sept. 18. She’s due in court on Nov. 2.

Donald Lanza, 58, of Jody Lane in Hampstead, received a summons at 5:27 p.m. on Sept. 7, on a reckless operation charge. Police received an operation complaint near Exit 16 on I-93 involving a Chevrolet Silverado pulling a boat. The officer searched the area and came across the vehicle on traveling east on I-393 and followed the vehicle. “I watched the vehicle’s operation and noticed that the vehicle could not maintain its lane,” the officer alleged. “The vehicle was jerking inside its lane from line to line. I noted that the vehicle did not sway smoothly inside its lane.” The vehicle was pulled over just past Exit 3. After some back and forth, and a discussion with his wife and other information, he was given a summons.
Philip M. Schwind, 49, of Merrimack Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on Aug. 28, for driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drug, and reckless conduct. While on patrol near the Concord Family YMCA, he saw a Mazda driving by and the driver had a marijuana pipe in his mouth and was lighting it while he was driving. The officer followed the vehicle has it turned onto Warren Street and into the Durgin Parking Garage where it was stopped. The driver hopped out of the vehicle and the officer spoke to the man, later identified as Schwind. The officer alleged that an odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle and after some back and forth, Schwind was arrested.

Michael J. Plaisted, 33, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:01 p.m. on Aug. 28, on a simple assault charge from Aug. 17, 2015, at the Speedway gas station on Hall Street. Officers were sent to Gilmore Street for a report of suspicious activity. When they arrived, they found a vehicle with its door open and no one inside. They went inside the home and found Plaisted, who had an active warrant for assault. He’s due in court on Oct. 21.
Michell O. Watson, 26, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on Aug. 28, on a bench warrant. A sergeant and officer were sent to the Days Inn on South Main Street by NH DCYF for an ex parte order. While there, they encountered Watson who had an active warrant that was issued two days before for operating after suspension and nonpayment of fines, $695 cash to settle. She’s due in court on Oct. 19.
Meghan A. Brown, 32, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Aug. 28, for disorderly conduct. Police were sent to the apartment complex for “an out of control female” who was “threatening her neighbors,” according to a report. Brown, the officer alleged, was intoxicated and was screaming that she hated the complex and everyone who lived in it. Witnesses alleged that she was intoxicated and yelling about the children of other tenants. A number of residents reported saying that they felt unsafe with Brown in the building, according to the report. “Brown’s behavior was unsettling and uncalled for,” the officer alleged, and she was arrested.
Nathaniel S. Doyle, 24, of Branch Turnpike, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on Aug. 28, on a felony violation of probation or parole. Officers were sent to the apartment for a welfare check on a child including checking on the living conditions in the apartment. When they arrived, they spoke with Doyle and later, the child, who appeared to be in good health. Doyle had an active warrant out of Merrimack County from June 4, and was arrested.
Joey C. Woodbury, 28, of Allensmill Road in Gilmanton, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. on Aug. 28, for violation of protective order; penalty. An officer spoke with a woman about a domestic order issued by Tilton Police to Woodbury out of Franklin District Court on Aug. 27. At around 9:11 a.m. on that day, she alleged, she received 11 Skype messages from Woodbury. The officer eyed the messages. Woodbury allegedly stated he would be thankful if she dropped everything and he missed her. Woodbury was later arrested and held without bail.
Shane Demers, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:04 a.m. on Aug. 28, on warrants from the Hooksett Police Department for theft and the New Hampshire State Police for burglary. He was arrested on Water Street near the Burger King.
Katie M. Smith, 23, of Glen Street in Franklin, received a summons at 2:45 p.m. on Aug. 26, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a collision at the Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street. Smith had a license that was suspended on Jan. 5, 2015, for being involved in an uninsured accident. She was also warned for unsafe movement.
William L. Vinal, 46, of Manchester Street in Concord, received a summons at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2015, for operating without a valid license. Christopher A. Head, 34, of South Street in Concord, was arrested on a warrant. A sergeant reported seeing Head as a passenger in a car on Fort Eddy Road and knew that he had an active warrant and called an officer for assistance. The vehicle was pulled over at the bottom of Gully Hill near the Shell gas station. Vinal, the driver, had an expired license from November 2014 and he was issued a summons. Head was arrested on a parole warrant.
