Hooksett, Pembroke Men Arrested in Prostitution Stings

Operation "Losing Proposition" held last week in Manchester.

In an effort to crack down on prostitution in the Queen City, Manchester Police held prostitution stings on Feb. 6, 2015, that netted four men and two women, according to a report.

Arrested were Shaun Taylor, 36, of Manchester (pictured upper left); Jeffrey Prenoveau, 27, of Hooksett (upper center); Eric Lescault, 29, of Pembroke (upper right); Grant Raymond, 22, of Manchester (lower left). Also arrested were Amy Cashman, 48, of Manchester (lower center), and Carrie Randall, 26, of Manchester.

According to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department, the special enforcement division street crime unit sent undercover officers and detectives out to walk and patrol the streets as part of Operation “Losing Proposition,” an effort to crack down on the street prostitution.

Taylor, according to the report, was arrested around 5:40 p.m. in the Manchester and Union streets area after approaching an undercover officer and allegedly offering to pay her for sex.

At around 7:40 p.m., Lescault was arrested after allegedly propositioning the same undercover officer. He was also put on a 72-hour hold.

Raymond, according to police, was driving in the area of Manchester and Maple streets and allegedly “struck up a conversation” with an undercover female officer.

“During the conversation he allegedly offered her money for sexual services,” O’Keefe alleged. “He pulled into a nearby parking lot and was arrested by uniformed officers.”

About an hour after Lescault was arrested, an undercover male detective stopped his car near Lincoln Street and began speaking to Cashman who allegedly “stated she would perform a sexual act for a specific dollar amount.” She reportedly entered his vehicle and the detective drove to a specific area waiting where she was arrested.

At just before 9 p.m., Randall was arrested in the area of Merrimack and Beech streets after she allegedly “approached the plain clothes detectives and offered to perform sexual acts for a specific dollar amount.” She was arrested later after reportedly entering the detectives vehicle.
