Identity Of Fisherville Road Body Released By Concord Police
Limited information is available about how and why Tiffany Fraher of Concord died due to the case being an open investigation.
CONCORD, NH — Concord police have released the name of the woman who was found dead behind a row of stores on Fisherville Road last month.
Tiffany Fraher, 40, was found on Oct. 16 in a wooded area between the Oak Bridge Condominium complex, a strip of stores and businesses including the Szechuan Gardens Chinese Restaurant, Family Dollar, and Constantly Pizza, and Woodbine Avenue. She was found by a man who was out for a walk while smoking a cigarette in between loads of laundry he was doing nearby.
The cause of her death is still under investigation, according to Deputy Chief John Thomas of the Concord Police Department.

"There was an autopsy and we are still waiting on some of the results," he said.
Thomas said, due to it being an open investigation, he could not speak about a death timeline, cause, or any other investigatory information. Detectives and the department, however, do not believe the death is "trauma-based," he said. When asked when the department would have more specifics about the case, Thomas said it was "tough to say" because "we are trying to run down leads." He added, "I don’t feel comfortable (speculating)."

While the exact cause of death was not known and the case was an open investigation, Thomas said the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office was currently not involved. The attorney general's office involvement would be a sign that the case was a homicide or murder investigation — something that has been speculated in the community.
Limited information is available about Fraher but the Cremation Society of New Hampshire listed her death date as Sept. 1 or about six weeks from the date she was found. She originally was from Fitchburg, Massachusetts, according to two of her Facebook sites, and previously lived in Chichester, Goffstown, Manchester, as well as Leominster and Gardner, MA.
