Lawrence Man Arrested After Crash, Chase From Windham To Concord
Jessy Rodriguez Ruiz faces aggravated DWI, drug, reckless conduct, other charges Tuesday after being accused of wrong-way driving on I-93.

CONCORD, NH — A Massachusetts man was arrested and released on personal recognizance bail after an early morning chase Tuesday with New Hampshire State Police from one section of I-93 to the other. At 12:30 a.m., a state trooper reported seeing a black Honda Accord veer off the road and strike a guardrail on the northbound side of the Interstate in Windham. The trooper, according to Lt. Bryan Trask of Troop B, attempted to stop the vehicle but it sped away.
"(The) trooper continued pursuing the vehicle it was observed to be operating erratically and at times traveling in excess of 100 mph," Trask stated. "The pursuit continued along Interstate 93 North into Concord where the vehicle briefly exited the highway at Exit 13."
The driver of the Accord, Jessy O. Rodriguez Ruiz, 38, of Lawrence, MA, is accused of then exiting the Interstate, driving across a curbed island in the intersection, and then, re-entering I-93 in the wrong direction.
