Londonderry Man, A Nevada Fugitive, Arrested On Weapon Charge
Timothy Flattery, a felon, due to a second-degree assault conviction, was allegedly in possession of a knife at the Firebird Motel.

HOOKSETT, NH — A local felon, wanted on an out-of-state warrant, was picked up at the Firebird Motel in Hooksett last night and now faces a felon in possession of a weapon charge here at home. According to Sgt. Joseph Ducharme of the Hooksett Police, at just before 8 p.m. on March 8, 2018, officers were sent to the motel to check on a subject who had a full extraditable warrant out of Nevada for nonappearance in court on an unlawful use of a controlled substance charge. The subject – Timothy Flattery, 31, of Londonderry – was found in a room and positively identified.
“After placing Flattery under arrest for being fugitive from justice, an improvised fixed blade knife was discovered in Flattery’s jacket pocket,” Ducharme stated. “Officers learned that in 2013 Flattery was convicted of second-degree assault, a Class A felony, at the Hillsborough County Superior Court, and was to refrain from possessing any firearms or deadly weapons.”
Flattery was additionally charged with being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon.

Flattery was transported to Hooksett Police headquarters where he refused bail and was held. He’ll be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord and then, extradited to Nevada to face charges there.

The fugitive warrant, according to the Pahrump Valley Times, was issued against Flattery sometime after he was charged in August 2017, on a felony substance charge.
According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, Flattery was charged with assault in 2012 after beating a man who was dating his ex-girlfriend and causing bone and nose fractures as well as other injuries. In 2013, according to WMUR-TV, Flattery was picked up after police in Manchester suspected him of stealing copper piping and tools from a business on Somerville Street.
