The officers spoke with witnesses and the victim while Gebo – who was present at the time and out on probation – was arrested on a warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court. As investigators advanced the case, it was revealed the Gebo had reportedly refused to allow the victim and a baby to leave the apartment.
