Alleged Child Rapist from the Late 1980s Indicted on Nine Counts: Roundup
Concord man indicted on drug charges, NY man indicted for ID fraud, NY woman indicted on forgery counts, and Salisbury man indicted for DWI.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Osita Enweronye, 27, of Kingsland Avenue in the Bronx, NY, for identity fraud, theft by deception, and attempted theft by deception. On April 9, 2016, he allegedly gave a false name to the Fairfield Inn to obtain a room, used a fake credit card to purchase more than $1,500 in items from the Walmart on Loudon Road, and attempted to use a false credit card to purchase items at Sears.

Ricky Flanders, 49, of North Road in Warner, for eight counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and a single count of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. Between August 1988 and August 1993, he allegedly raped a boy who was between 8- and 13-years-old at the time in Warner.
Michael Fortier, 31, of Clinton Street in Concord, for felony possession of controlled drugs-methamphetamine and possession of a prescription drug without a prescription. On March 15, 2016, in Concord, he was allegedly found to be in possession of the drugs while on South Street.

Mark Fuller, 33, of Raccoon Hill Road in Salisbury, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while deemed a habitual offender, allegedly on Jun 8, 2016, on Mutton Road in Salisbury. According to the indictment, Fuller’s blood alcohol concentration was more than 0.16.
Daniell Galloway, 31, of Woodfield Road in Rockville Centre, NY, for three felony forgery counts, three theft by deception counts, disobeying a police officer, and operating after suspension. On May 18, 2016, in Boscawen, she allegedly passed counterfeit bills at the Cumberland Farms on King Street. On the same day in Concord, she allegedly passed a counterfeit bill at the Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street, acting in concert with Asantewaah Pierre, passed a counterfeit bill at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Manchester Street. After being pulled over by police, she allegedly gave the name Alison Rose to the officer since her license to drive in New York was under suspension.
Joshua Gebo, 29, of Bond Street in Franklin, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, two counts of felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and three felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-heroin, Tramadol, fentanyl, allegedly on July 29, and Aug. 24, 2016, in Franklin. Gebo previously was convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2007 and Franklin District Court in November 2007. At the time of the August arrest, he was out on bail on a possession of a controlled drug charge out of Franklin District Court.
