RI Man Indicted For Using Vehicle As A Deadly Weapon On I-93
Alleged Concord, Franklin, and Warner drug dealers indicted, Concord man indicted for injuring cop while allegedly resisting arrest, more.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Taylor Carpentier, 23, pictured middle left, of Pleasant Street in Concord, for felony resisting or detention. On June 22, 2017, he reportedly physically interfered with and injured a Concord Police officer – a scapholunate ligament tear – during a warrant arrest.
Timothy Casey, 35, pictured far left, of Dove Lane in Pittsfield, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on May 26, 2017, in Hooksett.

Gregory L. Coffey, 33, pictured far right, of Pinegrove Street in Warwick, RI, for felony reckless conduct. On June 11, 2017, he allegedly used his motor vehicle as a deadly weapon in Hooksett by driving across traffic lanes and causing another driver to quickly engage their vehicle’s brakes in order to avoid a collision. Joshua Davis, 35, pictured middle right, of Concord, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, both felonies, allegedly on June 6, 2017, on South State Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, Davis was convicted of possession of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in May 2003.
Katharine Delude, 28, of Cotton Hill Road in Gilford, on three counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Burprenorphine, Oxycodone, fentanyl and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam, Clonazepam. The charges stem from an alleged incident on April 13, 2017, in Concord.
Michael Gadsby, 57, of Kimball Street in Pembroke, for second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly striking a woman repeatedly with a baseball bat on June 4, 2017, in Pembroke.
Joshua Gebo, 29, of Franklin, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and felon in possession-brass knuckles allegedly on July 12, 2017, in Franklin. He was convicted of possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 2017.
