Manchester Man Dies After Interstate 93 Onramp Crash
New Hampshire State Police say Kenneth Hallam Jr. failed to negotiate the Exit 9 southbound onramp and crashed into a tree on Sunday.

HOOKSETT, NH — Speed appears to be a factor in a fatal crash that killed a Manchester man early Sunday morning in Hooksett.
New Hampshire State Police troopers and Hooksett police and fire and rescue teams were sent to the area of the Exit 9 onramp for a report of a crash a little past 1 a.m. When they arrived, they found a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe had left the roadway and crashed into a tree.
Kenneth Hallam Jr., 45, of Manchester was driving the SUV, Amber Lagace, the public information officer for state police, said.

“Despite lifesaving measures taken by emergency crews,” she said, “Hallam was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash.”
Lagace said, while all aspects of the crash were under investigation, “speed appears to be a factor,” with Hallam failing “to negotiate the right-hand turn of the onramp.”
