CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a man wanted on a narcotics charge for a bail violation. Samuel Jeff Warren is 31 but sometimes claims to be as old as 51, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. He stands at around 5-feet, 9-inches tall, weighs 165 lbs., and has blue eyes and brown hair.
Warren has a tattoo on his upper left arm and a scar on his right hand. He is wanted out of Strafford County on a warrant issued on June 13.
"Warren is known to have ties throughout Strafford County, including the Dover, Rochester, Somersworth and Farmington, NH, areas," according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.

Warren and an accomplice, Leah Costales, were arrested a week before the warrant was issued in Rochester after police in that community, along with the Maine State Police, worked on stolen vehicle cases out of Farmington and Lebanon, Maine, according to the Rochester Voice. After they caught up with him, Warren was charged with resisting arrest or detention and domestic violence-stalking while Costales faced stolen property and other charges. In February 2008, Warren, then a resident of Somersworth, was arrested on a probation violation in Rochester.
If you know where Warren is or have seen someone that looks like him, contact police or the U.S. Marshals Service at 603-225-1632.
