New Hampshire Thief, Parolee, And Fugitive Arrested In Vermont
Tyson Kane Hazelton, who was featured as a fugitive on May 4, was arrested in Windham County, VT, on a parole violation.

CONCORD, NH — A former fugitive of the week, wanted by the New Hampshire Department of Corrections on a parole violation, has been found and arrested.
Tyson Kane Hazelton, 44, who was wanted on a parole violation after being convicted of theft, was featured on May 4. Investigators said Monday, he was arrested in Windham County, Vermont, on June 30.
“(A) Vermont Sheriff’s deputy arrested Hazelton for violating the conditions of his release in a pending case in Vermont and his parole warrant out of New Hampshire,” officials said.

At some point, he will be brought back to New Hampshire.
According to superior court records, Hazelton was arrested on a falsifying physical evidence charge in Sullivan County in the late 1990s, but the charge was later dropped.

In January 2016, he was charged with felony drug possession and criminal trespass in Hinsdale. Those charges, too, were dropped. But later in 2016, he was accused of felony theft and willful concealment charges in September 2016 and attempted theft and willful concealment charges in November 2016 in Keene.
In April 2017, he pleaded guilty to theft, attempted theft, and willful concealment charges.
During a bank fraud incident in Wallingford, CT, where he was accused of attempting to withdraw $5,000, in December 2019, he was Tased by police after shoving an officer, according to a post on Wallingford CT Patch. Police accused him of giving a false name and possessing a fake Colorado license.
