New Hampshire Fugitive, Convicted Heroin Dealer Arrested By Maine State Police: Follow-Up
Nathanael Tirado-Rodriguez was wanted on a parole violation after being convicted of acts prohibited-heroin. He is being held in Maine.

CONCORD, NH — A fugitive from last year has been caught by Maine State Police, according to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections.
Nathanael Tirado-Rodriguez, 35, was featured as the department’s fugitive of the week in April 2024. He was wanted on a parole violation after being convicted on an acts prohibited-heroin charge.
Maine State Police, however, picked him up after a routine traffic stop. Tirado-Rodriguez is being held in the Aroostook County Jail in Maine on a parole warrant. The department said possible additional charges are pending.

Tirado-Rodriguez, according to documents, was most recently convicted of controlled drug acts with intent to dispense heroin and released on probation in July 2020. The state’s parole board accused him of absconding in September 2021. His criminal history dates back about 10 years and includes drug trafficking, falsifying evidence, and possession of firearm, and spans multiple states, including New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and New York.
In April 2015, according to Wicked Local Tewksbury, Tirado-Rodriguez was living in Lawrence, MA, he was arrested in Tewksbury on drug distribution and subsequent offenses.

In August 2015, Tirado-Rodriguez was arrested in a Salem hotel room accused of dealing drugs out of a rented room, a report on WCVB-TV stated. He was accused of mixing heroin and fentanyl in a blender when police arrived. While trying to get rid of the drugs, a bag ruptured and exploded in the air, a report said. About 200 grams of heroin, with a value of around $16,000, was seized at the time. Tirado-Rodriguez pleaded guilty to acts prohibited and evidence charges in February 2016 and received a four-to-eight-year sentence and a three-and-a-half-to-six-year sentence served consecutively as well as a $1,240 fine. He received 204 days of time-served credit.
Tirado-Rodriguez was accused of drug possession, acts prohibited, and resisting arrest or detention charges in November 2019 after an incident in Manchester. The charges were nolle prossed during the course of four months in 2020.
According to a Maine State Police report, Tirado-Rodriguez and Ana Lopez stole a Duromax generator from a home in May 2021 and sped off from the scene. They were found at the Orono-Bangor town line and arrested.
