NH Fugitive Of The Week Surrenders To Sheriffs: Marshals
Breaking: Marshals say Fugitive of the Week Joslynn Doliber saw her info online, "did the right thing" by turning herself in this morning.

CONCORD, NH — This week’s Fugitive of the Week turned herself in to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office this morning on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear at a possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charge. Joslynn Doliber, 33, surrendered and then, appeared in Ossipee District Court, where she was processed on the warrant. Brandon Wilson of the U.S. Marshals Service, said Doliber “saw the poster and did the right thing by turning herself” to sheriffs.
The decision to surrender saved time and resources that can be used on other cases.
During the past three years, Doliber has been arrested on numerous drug possession, drug dealing, and willful concealment charges in the eastern part of the state, according to press reports online.
