NH, Mass. Teens Arrested on Drug Charges: State Trooper Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop A Blotter

Anthony Demile, 44, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested on Parrott Avenue in Portsmouth.

Albert Merrill, 47, of Rochester, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2017, for DUI-second or third incident, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest or detention, and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested near the Exit 16 highway shed in Rochester.

Douglas Dalke, 49, of Durham, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2017, for criminal mischief and conduct after an accident, on Route 16, north of Exit 6W in Dover.

Kristin Lawson, 32, of Portland, ME, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Feb. 5, 2017, for speeding (16 to 20 mph over 55 limit), DUI, failure to use a required turn signal, and open container.

Terrence Ward, 57, of Raymond, was arrested at 7:55 a.m. on Feb. 4, 2017, for DUI-second or third incident and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Route 101 East in Brentwood.

Savannah Russell, 30, of North Yarmouth, ME, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, less than 5 grams, on I-95 in North Hampton.

Brian LecLerc, 50, of Exeter, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2017, for aggravated DUI (0.16+), DUI, and open container, on Route 16 South in Dover.

Jesse Heselton, 35, of Farmington, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2017, in violation of probation or parole on Kershaw Avenue in Hampton.

Troop C Blotter

Cody Gales, 20, of Newport, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on Maple Avenue in Claremont. At 9:20 p.m., he was arrested again on Mill Road in Claremont.

Benjamin Staples, 32, of Fitzwilliam, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Feb. 5, 2017, for DUI on Route 12 in Fitzwilliam.

Eric Tatro, 37, of Chester, VT, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2017, for DUI, DUI (adult greater than 0.08), and yellow/solid line violation, on Route 12 in Maple Avenue in Keene.

Robert Bishop, 34, of Vernon, VT, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on Feb. 4, 2017, for DUI and failure to dim lights on Route 12 in Keene.

Craig Malek, 32, of Colrain, MA, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for speeding (16 to 20 mph over 55 limit) and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Route 101 in Swanzey.

Tanner Larochelle, 21, of Claremont, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2017, for speeding (11 o 15 mph over 55 limit), operating with an expired license-subsequent, and two bench warrants, on Washington Street in Claremont.

Ashley Seppala, 27, of Rindge, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Jan. 27, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and hands-free violation on Main Street in Keene.

Andrew O’Brien, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2017, for DUI on I-393 East and Route 4 in Concord.

Jessica-Jo Morehouse, 28, of Sharon, VT, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2017, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on I-93 South at the Exit 12N off-ramp in Concord.

Samantha Egan, 36, of Tilton, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. on Feb. 2, 0217, for domestic violence-simple assault and resisting arrest and detention. She was arrested on Laconia Road in Tilton.

Michael Paton, 22, of East Thetford, VT, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on I-93 North near Exit 19 in Northfield.

Theresa Tamone, 46, of Lebanon, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. on Feb. 1, 2017, for DUI, speeding, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, on I-89 North in Grantham.

Jean Moreira, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2017, for reckless operation on I-89 South in Concord.

Jose Perez, 34, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 31, 2017, for DUI and operating without a valid license on I-93 South in Bow.

Heather Anderson, 47, of Nashua, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for aggravated DUI (0.16+) and DUI on I-93 North in Hooksett.

Christin Oliveira, 30, of Lakeville, MA, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for two counts of delivery of articles to prisoners, four counts of possession of a controlled drug, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and possession of prescription drugs.

April Lawler, 44, of Kingston, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for DUI-second or third and DUI on I-93 North at the Bow Junction.

Austyn Sweeney, 19, of Lynn, MA, was arrested at 3:46 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2017, for operating without a valid license on I-93 North in Bow.

Lay Chea, 25, of Revere, MA, was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and possession of a controlled drug, on I-89 North near Exit 13 in Grantham.

Paul Landry, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on Jan. 27, 2017, for aggravated DUI (30+ mph), DUI-second or third incident, and DUI, on I-93 North in Bow.

Richard McPherson, 47, of Center Ossipee, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2017, for controlled drug-controlled premises where drugs kept on Route 16 in Tamworth.

Zard Weir, 18, of Ossipee, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. on Feb. 1, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration.

Vanessa Robbins, 24, of Watertown, MA, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Route 16 in Tamworth.

Kyle Bremer, 27, of North Brunswick, NJ, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and hands-free violation on Route 16 in West Ossipee.

Destiny Hafford, 19, of Meredith, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug on Route 25 in Moultonborough.

Alex Dzengeleski, 24, of Dover, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-hash, less than 5 grams, on Route 16 in Tamworth.

Ryan Boewe, 29, of Conway, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2017, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on the White Mountain Highway in Tamworth.

Athanasios Fotopoulous, 25, of Revere, MA, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Travis Hunt, unknown age, of Plymouth, MA, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana.

Kasey Thomas, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for speeding (11-15 mph over 70 limit) and controlled drug; acts prohibited on I-93 South in Campton.

James Depalmer, 47, of Stratford, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for habitual offender on Route 3 in Lancaster,

William Lacasse, 50, of Berlin, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, of driving after revocation or suspension on Main Street in Gorham.

Julia Malloy, 18, of Orleans, MA, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2017, for reckless operation on I-93 North in Ashland.

Wayne Smith, 41, of Laconia, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2017, for criminal trespass. He was arrested on Ewing Road in Columbia.

Andy Hinton, 47, of Canaan, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2017, for controlled drug; acts prohibited on Route 120 in Lebanon.
