Pair From Massachusetts Busted On Gun And Drug Charges In Concord
NHSP say Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez and Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos possessed 2 pounds of meth and 400 grams of fentanyl.

CONCORD, NH — Two men from Massachusetts were arrested Thursday on drug dealing charges after a monthslong investigation.
Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez, 28, of Dorchester, MA, and Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos, 23, of Dedham, MA, were arrested on a felony count of controlled sales of fentanyl greater than 5 ounces and a felony count of controlled sales of methamphetamine greater than 5 ounces. Guzman De Los Santos was also with felonious use of a firearm — accused of possessing a gun while possessing drugs.

Michal Sventek, a public information officer for the New Hampshire State Police, said they were arrested in Concord during a traffic stop by the unit’s Narcotics Investigations Unit.
“During this investigation,” Sventek said, “troopers seized over 2 pounds of methamphetamine, approximately 400 grams of fentanyl, and an illicit firearm.”

Both men were held and arraigned in Hillsboro District Court on Friday due to a power outage at Concord District Court.
