Pembroke Child Sexual Assaulter Indicted On Registration Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court (patch.com) — Merrimack County grand jurors handed up a series of felony indictments, including several cases tied to Concord, such as an alleged rape and strangulation in the Target parking lot on D'Amante Drive and a drug case involving fentanyl and cocaine in the city. Other indictments involve alleged registration violations by a Pembroke sex offender, Medicaid fraud, reckless conduct, and drug offenses across nearby New Hampshire communities.
   

2. Woman From Bristol Arrested On Drunken Driving Charges Twice In 17 Hours In Concord (patch.com) — Concord police say a Bristol woman was arrested for DUI twice in 17 hours after separate traffic stops downtown and on Loudon Road, both involving alleged alcohol use. Court documents describe her behavior during the stops, the conditions of her release, and the judge's decision to revoke her license and place her under pre-trial supervision ahead of an October Concord District Court date.
   

3. New Hampshire Forum Brings Citizen Delegates To Concord For Housing Talks (patch.com) — Concord will host a three-day Civic Assembly this weekend where 50 randomly selected New Hampshire residents will meet at the Grappone Conference Center to tackle housing affordability and homeownership. Delegates will hear from housing experts, question lawmakers including Sens. Tim Lang and Tara Reardon, and craft recommendations that could shape legislation for the 2027 session.
   

4. New Hampshire State Police Investigating 4-Vehicle Crash On I-393 Near Exit 2: Follow-Up (patch.com) — A serious four-vehicle crash on I-393 westbound near Exit 2 in Concord left at least two drivers injured and briefly shut down the highway Wednesday morning. State police, Concord Fire, and other agencies responded, with a Good Samaritan helping troopers free a trapped driver before both injured motorists were taken to a local hospital as investigators continue to seek more information.
