Pembroke Felon Arrested On Drug, Weapon Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — James D. Dobson, born 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on Aug. 31, on two receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges.

Shannon Rae Cason Gossett, born 1992, of Chichester, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. on Aug. 30, on a DUI charge on North State Street near the Hood plant.

Carrie Evening Star Bunnell, pictured, born 1984, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. on Aug. 29, and charged with felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges and a bench warrant at the Cumberland Farms on North State Street.

John E. Pillsbury, born 1960, of Contoocook, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on Aug. 27, on a DUI charge and an open container violation on Loudon Road.

Katie L. Couturier, born 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. on Aug. 25, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. Also arrested was Ryan Christopher Woodard, born 1993, homeless, was arrested on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. They were arrested after an incident in the area of TD Bank New Hampshire.

Abel Dusabimana, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Aug. 25, on driving while intoxicated and DUI-second or third charges on Cherry Street.

Jake T. Roderick, born 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Aug. 23, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges on Hall Street near the KFC.

Wang Yunjing, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on Aug. 21, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. Also arrested was Hai Q. Chen, born 1970, also of Concord, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. They were arrested at the Bank of America on Storrs Street.
