Saturday Night Parking Ban Issued; Concord To Get 5-11 Inches Of Snow

Vehicles will be towed if they are off the streets before 11:59 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, until 7 a.m. Sunday so plows can clear city roads.

CONCORD, NH — Concord has issued a citywide winter storm event parking ban for Saturday night through Sunday morning.

No on-street parking will be allowed on any city street between 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 8, to 7 a.m. on Feb. 9, 2025. In an alert, city officials requested residents to remove their vehicles so plows can clear snow from the latest storm (between 5 and 11 inches of snow is expected, according to the latest forecast). The city said vehicles parked on the street impede snow removal and block plows, especially on narrow streets.

Vehicles not removed from streets and roads are subject to a ticket and will be towed. Owners of the vehicles will be responsible for the tow fee, too.
