New Hampshire State Police Accuse Teens Of Driving More Than 100 mph On Interstate 93
Benjamin Goodell of Claremont was summoned on Saturday night, while Alizah Johnson of Concord was charged on Sunday morning in Bow.
CONCORD, NH — Two teens were arrested after being accused of driving more than 100 mph on Interstate 93 north in Bow, according to New Hampshire State Police.
Around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, a trooper reportedly saw a driver of a 2008 BWW 3 Series traveling 109 mph in a 65-mph zone. The driver, Benjamin Goodell, 17, of Claremont, was stopped and issued a summons for reckless operation.
About three hours later, another teen was reportedly stopped on I-93 for speeding.

The same trooper from the earlier incident reportedly clocked a driver at 124 mph in a 2013 Volvo S60. Tyler Dumont, a public information officer from the state police, said the trooper also accused the driver of not having the car’s lights illuminated after they were able to catch up to the vehicle.

“However,” he added, “as (the) trooper got behind the Volvo, the driver turned the lights back on and pulled over.”
The driver, Alizah Johnson, 18, of Concord, was arrested on reckless operation and disobeying an officer charges. She was released on personal recognizance and is due later in Concord District Court.
