State Police Arrested Alleged Drunk Drivers, Strangler: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop D

Cathy Boucher, 55, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2016, for DUI. She was arrested on the southbound side of I-93 just north of the Hooksett tollbooth.

Andrew Fleming, 40, of Lee, was arrested at 7:06 a.m. on Dec. 17, 2016, for DUI and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on I-89 South just north of the Sutton rest area.

Reginald Paul Roc, 32, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2016, for operating with an expired license-subsequent and disobeying an officer. He was arrested on I-89 North in Grantham.

Christopher O’Bryan, 32, of Henniker, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on I-89 North just south of Exit 12 in New London.

John Barbuto, 77, of Franklin, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested on Central Street in Franklin.

Steven Balch, 51, of Webster, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2016, for second-degree assault-strangulation and reckless conduct-domestic violence with a deadly weapon after an alleged incident at Flood Plains in Salisbury.

Joshua Young, 32, of Garland, ME, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2016, three counts of aggravated DUI, two counts of DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, conduct after an accident, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, and reckless conduct. He was arrested on I-89 South in Concord.

Troop E

Ryan Ruddock, 27, of Amesbury, MA, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and a bench warrant. He was arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Stephany Hartford of Sanbornville, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent.

John Bell of Laconia, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. Also arrested was Amanda Ouellet, 28, of Lincoln, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. They were arrested on Route 25 in Tamworth.

Troop F

Tyler Hammond, 18, of Canaan, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on Route 118 in Dorchester.

Christopher Halpin, 35, of Acton, MA, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2016, for speeding 11-15 mph over 70 limit, controlled drug: acts prohibited, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on I-93 North in Holderness.

Mitchell Banuskevich, 20, of Milford, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2016, for transporting alcohol by a minor. He was arrested on Route 49 in Campton.

Nicholas Edwards, 18, of Attleboro, MA, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2016, for transporting alcohol by a minor. He was arrested on I-93 North in Ashland.

Troop A

Dean Fitzgerald, 20, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 30, 2016, for DUI in Durham.

Seth Johnson of Deering, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and controlled drug where drugs are kept in Durham.

Michael Mahoney, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:13 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, on a bench warrant in Hampton.

Jami Pappalardo, 18, of Salem, was arrested at 5:46 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, for unlawful possession in Lee.

Eric Colbert of New York, NY, was arrested at 2:46 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension in Hampton. Also arrested was Tatyana Tomlinson, 21, of Augusta, ME, for possession of a controlled drug and falsifying evidence.

Vinnie Enos, 40, of Hampton Falls, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2016, for DUI, DUI second or third offense, and possession of a controlled drug in Greenland.

Brian Clement, 33, of Derry, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on Oct. 25, 2016, for DUI, DUI second or third offense, disobeying an officer, and open container in Hampton.

Raymond Conroy, 20, was Danvers, MA, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, for possession prescription drugs in Portsmouth.

Hector Morales, 38, of Rumford, ME, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, speeding, and hands free violation in Greenland.
