Task Force Finds Probation Violations Fugitive In Franklin
Update: Desiree Amanda Manley was arrested Thursday in an apartment on New Hampton Road in Franklin after U.S. Marshals developed tips.

CONCORD, NH — After more than a year on the lam, this week's Fugitive of the Week was found in less than 48 hours, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Desiree Amanda Manley, 32, was arrested Thursday inside an apartment in Franklin on an outstanding warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court for probation violations stemming from an original conviction on drug, reckless conduct, and habitual offender charges. After being listed as a fugitive, task force members continued to work leads and developed information through interviews with "several people" in Franklin, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.
"Last night, this information eventually led members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force to an apartment inside of a garage at a residence on New Hampton Road in Franklin," White said. "The task force, with the assistance of the Franklin Police Department, approached the apartment where they were able to clearly see Manley inside the residence through a window."
After entering the apartment, Manley was arrested without incident, White said. She was taken to Franklin Police Headquarters for processing and held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections until a future court date.
