Alleged Meth Dealers, Others Indicted In Merrimack County Court
Plus, a Concord man was indicted for common nuisance on Hall Street and Franklin, Gilford, Raymond residents indicted on drug charges.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in May.
Justin Littlejohn, 39, pictured upper left, of Franklin Street in Franklin, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on March 31, 2017, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of one or more offenses in Nashua District Court in March 1999, and January 2001.
Christopher Lyford, 39, pictured upper center, of River Road in Plymouth, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly in concert with Larisa Day on East Side Drive in Concord on July 21, 2016.

Patrick J. MacLaughlin, 29, of Genco Way in Raymond, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on April 3, 2017, in Hooksett while out on bail from Rockingham Superior Court on an acts prohibited charge.

Desiree Manley, 30, pictured upper right, of Glory Avenue in Franklin, for habitual offender, reckless conduct, and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, all felonies. On April 4, 2017, she allegedly drove at “high rates of speed in a residential area” and failed to stop at posted stop signs while being pursued by police on Central Street in Franklin
Jacob Maynard, 24, pictured lower left, of Northfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Aug. 5, and Aug. 10, 2017, on North State Street and Loudon Road in Concord.
John McCormack, 35, pictured lower right, of Rumford Street in Concord, for felony maintain a common nuisance – allegedly a home on Hall Street in Concord – where people were using, keeping, or selling controlled drugs between Dec. 1, 2016, and Jan. 12, 2017.
Lindsey McNeel, 30, with a last known address of Hall Street in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine alleged on March 9, 2017, in Concord, while she was out on bail due to another charge.
Savanah Miller, 30, pictured lower center, with a last known address of St. Johnsbury Road in Littleton, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 10, 2017, on Ormond Street in Concord.
Ryan Mitchell, 23, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin and sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, both felonies. On East Side Drive in Concord on June 9, 2016, he allegedly sold the drug. Previously, according to the indictment, Mitchell was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2014.
Julie Moulton, 45, of Gilford East Drive in Gilford, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Oct. 19, 2016, on Liberty Street in Concord.
