Queen City Teen Arrested On Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Stewart Holden, born 1984, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 8:56 p.m. on May 30, 2023, after an incident at the Residence Inn on Hall Street.

Louise A. Gagnon, born 1972, of Manchester was arrested at 2:33 p.m. on May 30 on reckless conduct, speeding-11 to 15 mph over the limit of 55 or less, and resisting arrest or detention chargers as well as traffic control device and failure to use required turn signal violations. She was arrested after an incident on Interstate 93 north at the Exit 16 onramp.

Erma E. Hasu, 32, of Milford was arrested on a warrant at 2:28 p.m. on May 30 at police headquarters.

Daniel R. Paul, 57, of Concord was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on May 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Hannaford Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Joshua Michael Fishburn, born 1994, of Concord was cited at 2:42 a.m. on May 30 on a criminal trespass charge. He was charged after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Adam Levesque, born 2004, of Manchester was arrested at 3:36 p.m. on May 4 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Depot Street.

Elizabeth Marrero, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 2 p.m. on May 4 on criminal mischief and simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident at the McKenna House on South Fruit Street.

Samuel David Yoakum, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on May 4 on a warrant after an incident at the Concord Homeless Resource Center on North Main Street.

Christopher Timothy Willott, 31, of Concord received a summons at 9:15 a.m. on May 4 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was charged after an incident at the Concord Homeless Resource Center on North Main Street.

Traevon Duncan, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on May 4 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.
