Concord Woman Faces Felony DUI Charge After Crash: Police Log
Plus: Warner man arrested on burglary, stolen property charges; Worcester man faces lewdness charge; convicted Fremont thief charged again.

CONCORD, NH — Nicholas Sauliner, born 1991, of Worcester, Massachusetts, received a summons at 11:10 p.m. on Aug. 23 on an indecent exposure/gross lewdness charge after an incident in the South State and South Main streets area of the city.
Randall A. Hamilton Jr., 30, of Fremont was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on Aug. 21 on felony theft by unauthorized taking due to two prior convictions and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident at Dick's Sporting Goods on Loudon Road. Hamilton is due in superior court Oct. 15 for arraignment.
Jennifer J. Wheeler, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 8:09 p.m. on Aug. 20 on an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on North State Street near the Blossom Hill Cemetery.

Elizabeth Best Marrero, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on Aug. 18 on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident in the North Main Street area of the city.
Brian J. Heselton Jr., 34, of Auburn was arrested at 8:49 p.m. on Aug. 16 on felony theft by unauthorized taking, due to two prior convictions, and breach of bail charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment Oct. 1. Heselton also has an active case in Hillsborough County Superior Court North after being convicted in that court on a burglary charge in April 2013. He was also convicted on a burglary charge out of Auburn in January 2014.

James Predmore, born 1991, of Bow was arrested at 7:47 a.m. on Aug. 15 on an arrest prior to requisition after an incident at 188 Loudon Road.
Thomas J. Dawson, 32, of Warner was arrested at 4:29 a.m. on Aug. 14 on felony burglary and felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+ charges as well as receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, driving after revocation or suspension, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested in the Donovan Street area of the city. Dawson was arraigned Aug. 14. Dawson is due back in court Oct. 22, and Oct. 23.
