A reward is being offered as police, U.S. Marshals, DEA ask for help finding Dana Dolan, after a 21-month-old child died in November 2020.

CONCORD, NH — Law enforcement agencies are requesting the public's help finding a third person suspected of involvement in the death of a child on fentanyl poisoning at a Londonderry truck stop in November 2020.
A warrant has been issued for Dana Jeffrey Dolan, 24, of an unknown address, on felony counts of negligent homicide, manslaughter, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.
"These charges stem from an incident late last year that involved the death of a 21-month-old child due to ingestion of a controlled drug," according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal. "Dolan was last known to be in the Tilton, Northfield, and Laconia (NH) areas, where he is known to have family, friends, and associates."

According to court documents, Dolan was accused of assisting Geremia and Cote in falsifying evidence after the death of the girl at the RMZ Truck Stop on Rockingham Road on Nov. 16, 2020. Geremia, Cote, and Dolan were accused of snorting the fentanyl they purchased in Massachusetts and stopping at the truck stop the night before after Geremia was nodding off while attempting to drive home.
The next morning, all three were accused of taking more drugs and later, the girl also ingested the drugs inside the vehicle and died.
Both Geremia and Cote were also involved in a crash in Canterbury on Interstate 93 earlier this month which led to injuries. The crash, however, was not connected in any way to the death investigation in Londonderry.
Londonderry police, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the Drug Enforcement Agency Manchester field office are all involved in the search for Dolan.
Investigators have issued a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to Dolan's arrest. White also said that anyone attempting to assist Dolan in eluding capture may also be subject to criminal prosecution.
According to court documents, Dolan is a felon due to convictions on felony forgery charges out of Tilton from January 2015, a felony burglary charge out of Sanbornton from August 2015, and a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge out of Salem from October 2015.
Anyone with information about Dolan should contact local police or call the fugitive task force at 603-225-1632.
