Thousands Without Power As Heavy, Wet Snow Hits New Hampshire
Downed wires, closed streets, power outages, and crashes are being reported all around the state on Monday.

CONCORD, NH — About 7,000 New Hampshire power customers were without power on Monday morning after heavy wet snow fell on the Granite State between Sunday and Monday.
As of 10:30 a.m., Eversource reported nearly 6,000 customers without power, mainly in central and southern New Hampshire. The largest outages were reported in Auburn, Bedford, Dunbarton, Goffstown, Hooksett, Hooksett, Hopkinton, Londonderry, Manchester, Merrimack, New Boston, Northwood, Pembroke, and Webster.

Unitil reported about 300 customers without power in Bow, Chichester, Concord, Dunbarton, Epsom, Salisbury, and Webster. Restoration times are between 11:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.

The New Hampshire Electric Coop reported scattered outages in Allenstown, Barnstead, and Gimanton.
Liberty Utilities reported no outages on Monday.

Several streets in Concord and Hooksett were closed due to downed or low-hanging power lines as well as trees and branches.
