Manchester police issued a warrant for his arrest on Feb. 15, after he reportedly failed to register with the department. Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White stated that Wood is required to register after being convicted in 1994 of five counts of felonious sexual assault on a child under 16 in Rockingham County.
