The man was later identified as Prescott – the New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week from two Wednesdays ago. Prescott was wanted on an outstanding parole warrant from last month after being convicted of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault and sexual assault. He was transported to the Belknap County Jail where he is being held without bail.
