CONCORD, NH — A man accused of killing a local woman waived arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on June 1, 2017, on two murder charges, according to WMUR-TV.

Daswan "Dee Bang" Jette, 20, of Concord and Boston, MA, was arrested two days ago on knowing-second-degree murder and reckless-second-degree murder charges, both felonies, for allegedly stabbing and killing Sabrina Galusha, 23, of Concord, on May 30, 2017.

Jeffery A. Strelzin, a senior assistant attorney general, and the chief of the homicide unit, also stated that the inquiry into Galusha’s murder was in the early stages and investigators were “investigating all of the facets of the case.”

Outside of the arraignment, friends of Galusha spoke to news outlets about the loss of their friend.

A GoFundMe.com site set up to raise funds to offset the cost of Galusha’s funeral has raised more than $4,400 of the site’s $5,000 goal at post time.

Jette – who also goes by the moniker “Dee Bang” on Facebook – appears to have no known criminal records published online in either New Hampshire or Massachusetts but was being investigated by local police after he allegedly fled the scene of a crash on April 7, on Maple Street in Concord, and then lied to investigators about it. He was arraigned on that charge in Concord District Court yesterday.

At post time, the Boston Police Department had not replied to a public records request for any previous criminal history Jette may have had in that city.
