According to an arrest report, officers were sent to Cardinal Road for a domestic disturbance, with a man alleging this his girlfriend, Henriksen, had assaulted him and fled the scene.

The officers met with the man and he stated that the couple was together earlier in the evening and while they were together, he noticed something between her fingers that caught his attention. Afterwards, the man asked her about what he saw because he thought she was ”no longer” involved with what he saw.

“(The victim) stated that Henriksen became angry and grabbed him by the beard, bit his lip, and screamed at him,” according to the report. “(He) stated he pushed Henriksen away from him and asked her to leave his residence repeatedly.”

The report stated that it wasn’t until he called to his children that she agreed to leave and reportedly left before police arrived. The reporting officer noted marks on the man’s face, a bit mark on his lower lip, and several scratch marks on the left side of his face and behind his ear.

“The injuries to (the victim’s) face corresponded with his side of the story,” the officer stated.

Pembroke Police later caught up with Henriksen at her home and the reporting officer went to question her. The reporting officer alleged that she was “uncooperative” with the questions. The officer asked to inspect her hands and forearms and reported seeing minor cuts on her hand and right forearm and a small scratch on her neck.

After some back and forth about the incident with the officer, he determined that Henriksen was the “primary aggressor” and she was arrested.

Henriksen was released on $8,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Oct. 19.

According to online reports, Henriksen has had a number of run-ins with the law, mostly around substance issues.

In July 2011, according to the Lawrence Eagle Tribune, she was arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and driving after revocation or suspension. She was living in Hillsborough at the time.

After being stopped in Concord in April 2012 and arrested on numerous driving charges, police allegedly found syringes in her car with an unknown drug type in her vehicle. About two years later, in February 2014, when she was living in Newport, she was arrested again for possession of controlled drugs.
